Get a few new ideas for cooking seafood at home! DLM Culinary Center instructor John Chico will demonstrate fresh fish and shellfish recipes you'll want to incorporate into your repertoire for lighter, brighter summer meals. We'll use our portable outdoor Ooni Pizza Oven for each dish, but these recipes are excellent on the range or grill as well. This menu will be paired with wine.

John is a culinary enthusiast and engineer and the product of four Italian grandparents. He turns breakfast and dinner for his wife and teenage children into a culinary adventure. John has been involved with the Culinary Center as a student,as a volunteer, and now as a Culinary Instructor. He loves foods that are rich with history an flavor.
